The contract will be valid for 2 (two) years from the date it comes into force. At the end of the agreement period, the Contracting Authority can extend the agreement for up to 1 (one) year at a time. The agreement period is automatically extended and on identical terms unless the Contracting Authority gives written notification that the contract will not be extended within one month before the contract period expires.
