Norsk Helsenett SF

The National Appeals Board for the Health Service (Helseklage) needs to enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for assistance for procedure, consultancy within patient injury law, personal injury law and general right to compensation, including surveying. The contracting authority has approx. 200 ongoing litigations for the courts, relating to claims for damages occurring during treatment in public and private health care. The Trial Department carries out cases where the Patient Injury Committee's decision is brought in to the courts by subpoena. We are an important player in the procedure for personal injury compensation cases. The cases are litiate before the law courts in all of Norway. Due to various reasons, there may be a need to outsource individual cases to external lawyers.
