Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Kilden performing arts centre is planning to procure a new speaker system in the concert hall. The concert hall is used for productions over a wide range of art forms and expressions. In addition we would like tenders for two options, one for an Auxilary speaker system (described in annex 11) and one on a speaker system for the Theatre and Opera Hall (described in annex 12). The description of the option for the Auxilary speaker system also has 7 annexes, these are marked Option T-OS 01-07. The options ́s abidance deadline is until the end of 2025 for the Auxilary loudspeaker system, and 3 years for a speaker system for the Theatre and Opera Hall. The tender sums for the options can be price regulated in accordance with the KPI (main index) from the month the tender is submitted to the month before the option is released.  Tenderers must be able to deliver a stereo loudspeaker system with the accompanying rigging, amplifiers, DSP and cabling in accordance with specifications from the speaker manufacturer.  The speaker system shall be completely newly produced or delivered with the same guarantee and aftercare as a new speaker system. Normally the room is adapted to acoustic symphony orchestra with daily exercises and concerts without any form of reinforcement, but often there are elements that require a discrete lift, typical soloist. In some typical crossover concerts, the entire orchestra is reinforced.    The auditorium has adjustable acoustic blankets on walls and reflector plates in the roof so that the acoustics in the room can be changed and adapted according to different requests and needs.  Another part of our operation is to receive gymnastics productions from home and abroad that use our loudspeaker system. Therefore, it is important that a new speaker system is recognisable by rider-friendly guest productions, delivers up to technical expectations and requirements, not to mention contribute to lifting all of the productions' artistic visions.   We would therefore like a very high resolution speaker system that can reproduce the most faint detail, as well as controlled produce unforeseen extreme sound pressure level according to Kilden's and guest productions ́ requirements, to all audience members in the audience.   We mean all seats in the main part of the hall in front of the speaker system, i.e. not the seats in the side gallery, side balcony, or in the stage room. See the attached document, annex 10. Our most demanding productions are crossover productions with acoustic symphony orchestras and amplified music, requiring high sound pressure in the auditorium. Therefore, it is important that the speaker system can exercise detailed control in the entire frequency spectrum both outwards in the saddle and backwards at the stage.  If needed, the stage can be expanded to a large stage. Alternatively there are airpoints in the roof for use at large stages.  The source shall touch and enthusiasm. We will lead in the quality and use of new technology in Scandinavia and would like a system with compatibility into the future. We want a speaker system that can form the spinal cord in our commitment to sound engineering infrastructure in the house into the future against, for example, immersive audio, as well as lay the basis for compatibility and modularity between auditoriums, various productions on the house, touring activities and future updates.  We would like close cooperation with the manufacturer of the speaker system, not only for this procurement, but also as regards future courses and demos for Kilden ́s employees and others in the industry.  We would like facilitated for a demonstration of a well-worked-out reference installation of an equivalent loudspeaker system that the tenderer and manufacturer believe is relevant for our use and the desired performance at Kilden. At such a demonstration we must have access to walk the installation at the seams; undisturbed listen to music at the desired level, have the possibility to talk a little in the microphone etc., both the front and behind the speaker system.  We welcome the tenderer and manufacturer to Kilden to see and experience the hall in use, as well as take separate measurements to prepare calculations and documentation for this tender.   We do not accept lots, but we would like to meet parallel tenders, i.e. different tenders from the same tenderer.
