Qualification requirement 2: Financial ability to execute the contract.: Tenderers shall have satisfactory finances so that they have the financial ability to fulfil the contract. The following will be subject to assessment: The tenderer's solidity, liquidity and financial ability to fulfil the contract and to carry any loss on the relevant and other contracts. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further information that is deemed necessary to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Presentation of the company's Annual Financial Statements (last Annual Report to the Brønnøysund Register, including the auditor's assessment) or credit rating or other documentation showing the tenderer's financial position. • Recently established companies must submit a recent financial printout signed by the auditor. Qualification requirement 6: Environmental certification: About the qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have a certificate of third-party certification such as EMAS, ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent certification scheme. The contracting authority requires that it is a tenderer who is certified and that the department that shall carry out the assignment is environmentally certified. If tenderers are not certified, a self-declaration shall be enclosed stating that the tenderer is obliged to be fully certified at the latest 6 months after the contract has been signed. Documentation that a contract has been signed with an accredited certification body must then be submitted. If the tenderer is not certified by the agreed date, a day fine of NOK 500 will be incurred. DOCUMENTATION PROOF: EMAS, ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn certificate issued by an independent body or self-declaration as well as documentation of signed agreement with an accredited certification body. The contracting authority will accept other equivalent certificates issued by bodies in other EEA countries. Minimum qualification requirements

Qualification requirement 1: Tax certificate: Norwegian tenderers shall present a tax certificate for VAT from the tax collector and a tax certificate issued by the chief municipal treasurer (form RF-1316) where the tenderer's head office is located. Tax certificates must be presented before the deadline for receipt of tenders. The tax certificates must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers must not have significant arrears. Any arrears must be founded separately. Foreign tenderers: Proof to have fulfilled their obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions, taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. Certificates issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer ́s home country will be seen as adequate. When the tenderer ́s home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration issued by a legal or administrative authority, a notary public or other competent authority in their home country. Qualification requirement 5: Apprentices: About the qualification requirement: The contracting authority requires that tenderers comply with legal requirements in Norway regarding health, safety and the environment in their own business, as well as satisfy Larvik municipality ́s requirements for apprentice companies and occupational injury insurance. The tenderer/department that shall carry out the assignment and sub-suppliers who shall be engaged in the delivery shall be certified apprentice companies in the security guard trade. ........
