Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for electrical consumables and electronic equipment/components. The procurement shall help reduce prices and transaction costs, as well as simplify ordering processes and facilitate e-commerce. NORCE also wishes to contribute to increased compliance with joint liability. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts. See each sub-contract for further details on the assignment.
Tenderers ought to be able to offer a good selection of the following products as non-exclusive options in the contract: • Option 1 - Various consumables • Option 2 - Battery packages the Contracting Authority is free to release the option(s) during the contract period. The options will then follow the original contract ́s length, value and any extensions. The options are non-exclusive.

The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable. Tenderers shall have a third-party certified quality assurance system relevant for the execution of the delivery, including a system for traceability in the supplier chain for the product groups included in the contract.: Certificate for the tenderer's quality assurance system issued by an independent body that confirms fulfilment of quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 or other relevant quality assurance system sufficient for fulfilment of the delivery. Other documentation that shows that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures must, at a minimum, provide a general description of the relevant system for this contract. If the tenderer does not have certification at the time of the tender, a concrete progress plan for the completion of certification within six months of the signed contract can be accepted by an authority named above. The contracting authority will also accept other relevant certificates issued by bodies in other EEA countries. Other documentation for other relevant environmental management measures can be approved to the degree that the tenderer has not had the possibility of obtaining the certificate as mentioned by the deadlines stated in this tender documentation. The prerequisite is that this is not due to the tenderer himself. If a tenderer does not have certification at the time of the tender, a concrete progress plan can be accepted for the completion of certification within six months of signing the contract, approved by an instance mentioned above, the minimum requirements for the qualification requirements will be accepted.
