Based on the span in material and equipment, the Contracting Authority divides the framework agreement into two contract areas hereafter referred to as: Sub-contract 1: Pipes, pipe fittings, fittings. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consumables such as pipes, pipe parts, fittings and hydraulics components for our laboratories and infrastructure. The procurement shall help reduce prices and transaction costs, as well as simplify ordering processes and facilitate e-commerce. NORCE also wishes to contribute to increased compliance with joint liability. Based on the span of material and equipment, the Contracting Authority divides the framework agreement into two contract areas with the accompanying sub-contract. Sub-contract 1: Pipes, pipe fittings and fittings. The product range is further described in Annex 3A Price Form.
Tenderers ought to be able to offer a good selection of the following products as non-exclusive options in the contract: • Various workshop materials • Lubricants • Gaskets • Attachments • Transmissions • Maintenance products the Contracting Authority is free to trigger the option(s) during the contract period. The options will then follow the original contract period and any extensions.

If the tenderer does not have certification at the time of the tender, a concrete progress plan for the completion of certification within six months of the signed contract can be accepted by an authority named above. The contracting authority will also accept other relevant certificates issued by bodies in other EEA countries. Other documentation for other relevant environmental management measures can be approved to the degree that the tenderer has not had the possibility of obtaining the certificate as mentioned by the deadlines stated in this tender documentation. The prerequisite is that this is not due to the tenderer himself. If a tenderer does not have certification at the time of the tender, a concrete progress plan can be accepted for the completion of certification within six months of signing the contract, approved by an instance mentioned above, the minimum requirements for the qualification requirements will be accepted.
