Minimum qualification requirements
Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have an established, adopted and maintained quality management system that is in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, or equivalently recognised international standard, with a scope for the system that is relevant for the contract ́s scope. Documentation requirement: 1) If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate of relevant scope from an accredited certification body in order to fulfil this requirement. 2) If the tenderer cannot document their quality management system by using a certificate, or if the certified management system does not have a relevant scope in relation to the scope of the contract, the tenderer shall present a scoped description of the tenderer's quality management system.
In addition the tenderer shall fill out the conformity matrix 'Compliance Matrix ISO 9001:2015'. NB! Tenderers cannot rely on other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement.

Minimum qualification requirements
Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have established and adopted an environmental management system that as a minimum consists of the following elements: 1. A system for the company's environmental considerations and environment policy. 2. Strategy for competence in the environmental field. 3. A system for monitoring and controlling the most important qualities of the company's operation that can have a significant impact on the environment.
Documentation requirement: 1) If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
If other certificates are enclosed than ISO 14001:2015, the tenderer must account for, as well as show how the requirements for ISO 14001:2015 are fulfilled.
2) If the tenderer does not have a valid ISO 14001:2015 certificate, the tenderer must provide a description of the applicable environmental management system. The description must document the elements in the qualification requirement and refer to page numbers where these elements are described.
NB! Tenderers cannot rely on other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have good experience from similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means experience with the production of similar wool products, to a similar or greater extent than this contract (7,000 articles).
Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall fill in Bilag 6 Kvalkrav. Referanseskjema. The tenderer shall in this form give an overview of the tenderer's three most relevant assignments during the last three years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation for deliveries that the tenderer has carried out more than three years ago can be considered. The overview must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, delivery date, recipient ́s name and short description of the delivery. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
