Minimum qualification requirements
Credit rating. Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The credit rating must show that the tenderer is credit worthy. Tenderers with a rating lower than this (i.e. not credit worthy) will not be assessed. Documentation requirement: Tenderers do not have to long for a credit rating with the tender. The contracting authority will undertake its own assessment via Bisnode.

Minimum qualification requirements
Requirement: Tenderers shall have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance and traceability of the products included in the tender. Quality assurance means the company's documented routines to ensure that the contractual quality is maintained in production and deliveries, including quality control, handling deviations, claims handling of the products etc. Traceability means the company's documented routines to ensure the ability to track and follow a product and its components through all links from raw material outlets via production, processing, composition and distribution to users. Documented by: An account of existing routines documenting that the requirement is met. If this is described in the company's quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent third party verified systems, a valid certificate, as well as a copy of relevant routines can be presented.
