Nordland County needs to enter into a contract to cover the county ́s ongoing need for the prevention and control of pests in and outside buildings. The contract will also apply for a few leisure areas. The competition is divided into 7 regions: LofotenOfotenRanaSaltenVefsnVesterålenYtre-HelgelandNordland county manages approx. 306,000 m2 buildings, which the contract applies to. See annex 1 for an overview of the locations and gross areas per location. If Nordland county hands-offs and/or procure new buildings in the contract period within the same volume, the contract price will not affect. If the volume increases or decreases, this can affect the contract sum. Most of the assignments will be regular/regular assignments, but individual assignments can be ordered. All the services must be provided in such a way that they ensure security both internally and externally. In accordance with the regulations on pest control and the constitution principle, resources and methods that give the least damaging effect on the environment and health shall be used, but at the same time lead to the desired result. This means that poison-free alternatives are mainly used, whilst alternatives are required. The total budget limit for the framework agreement is NOK 3,000,000. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year + 1 year.

Financial implementation ability: Tenderers must have sufficient finances at the tender deadline to be able to carry out the assignment. If a tenderer has rating A or better from D&B, the tenderer is automatically qualified. The contracting authority will obtain rating reports. If a tenderer does not fulfil the rating requirement, the financial ability to fulfil the contract must be documented. Relevant documentation can be accounts, auditor's report, annual reports, financing plans or operating guarantees from a bank or parent company. Based on the received documentation, the contracting authority will decide if the tenderer is qualified to participate in the competition.

HSE self-declaration: HSE self-declaration – Tenderers shall confirm that the company works systematically to comply with health, environment and safety legislation and satisfies the internal control regulations. Furthermore, tenderers shall confirm that the company is legally organised in accordance with the applicable tax and working environment regulations regarding employees ́ professional and social rights, and shall accept that the Contracting Authority is given the right to review and verify the company's system for health, safety and environment. Documented by: A signed HSE self-declaration, not older than 6 months.
