2. Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers are required to have satisfactory economic implementation ability.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.
3. Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers are required to have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract An overview shall be given of the tenderer's workforce.
The overview shall highlight
• the number of skilled, unskilled and apprentices, within the discipline categories included in the contract.
• number of responsible for quality control.
• number of executing, data acquisition (e.g. drone pilot).
• number of executing data analyses and condition evaluations (e.g. data science, building engineering).
4. Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract.
Submit an overview of the most important assignments (minimum 3, maximum 10) that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years, together with information on the contracts ́ value, date of delivery or execution, and the name of the recipient.
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by the tenderer themselves or by a sub-supplier. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
