Qualification requirements in the competition: 1) Tenderers are required to have a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively. StartBANK ID. 2) Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, one in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised. Documentation: The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID. 3) Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract. Tenderers shall be licensed to make lock systems. Documentation: An overview shall be given of the tenderer's workforce. The overview shall highlight the number of skilled workers and unskilled within the discipline category(s) included in the contract. If the tenderer shall be based on sub-suppliers for individual disciplines, this shall be specified. Documentation confirming licension, or written confirmation from collaborating partners that provide licences for the tenderer. 4) Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this contract, including delivery, installation, maintenance, service and repairs of doors, locks, fittings, door closers and door automation. Documentation: Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 5 reference assignments with a transferable value in the last 3 years, with information on, among other things: - The assignment/contract name - Description of the assignment/contract - Type of building - The assignment/contract value - Start-up date and completion date. It shall be stated whether the works were carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not carried out the work itself, the reference substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, submit commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from sub-contractors demonstrating that the requirement is fulfilled
