Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Bodø municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for an alarm station and security guard services. The contract will include: Receipt of alarms and security guard turn-out Technical stand-by and security turn-out Mobile security guard services Station guard services Alarm reception and security guard turn-out are limited to services connected to the receipt of and expression at signals from the municipality ́s burglary and assault alarms. There is stand-by for renting municipal buildings in the municipality. Tenderers shall function as the first line in the receipt of deviations/signals. Expression and assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the set instructions/routine. The tenderer shall assess whether measures must be implemented and notify the technical person responsible in Bodø municipality if any measures should be implemented. Mobile security guard services in the form of ambulant inspections of the customer ́s buildings, area or other infrastructure in accordance with established instructions/routines. The inspection shall be carried out at varying times within a set period unless otherwise agreed. Events shall be reported. Stationary security guard services can be guard services/fire guards in connection with events in municipal buildings or at municipal properties. Security guard services for construction projects and infrastructure. The contract in its entirety will not include the purchase of alarms and other components. The municipality would like to connect with one tenderer who shall handle other services. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement (including options) is estimated to NOK 10.1 million excluding VAT. See the tender documentation for further information on the procurement.
