The contracting authority needs cleaning services for the Vocational College Møre og Romsdal Ålesund and NTNU Ålesund, at Fogd Greves vei 9. The objective of the cleaning services is to take care of the surfaces, keep the premises visually appealing, satisfactorily hygienic and ensure a good indoor environment. The contracting authority shall enter into a service contract with one tenderer, with a duration of up to five years. The service shall be fully operational during December 2024. See the assignment's further information in Annex 2 Assignment Description and Annex 3 Requirement Specifications. The contracting authority will carry out a site inspection 15 October at 10:00.
