Alver kommune

Alver municipality shall establish a new treatment facility in Knarvik. Resources are required to carry out the engineering design services and building applications for the site before the construction works can be implemented. This procurement is for the procurement of resources for engineering design services and building applications of the treatment plant. Personnel who shall be responsible for the construction management of the building site shall also be procured. It is estimated that this project will last until the first half of 2027.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Alver municipality shall establish a new treatment facility in Knarvik. The treatment plant shall be dimensioned for 15,000 PE and it shall be constructed as a secondary treatment facility, in accordance with the pollution regulations § 14-12 point b). The contracting authority therefore needs resources to carry out the engineering design services and building applications of the site before the construction works can be implemented. Personnel who shall be responsible for the construction management of the site shall also be procured. Work on preparing the development plan is underway, and it is the contracting authority ́s goal that an application for beginning the construction of the treatment plant shall be approved simultaneously with a decision on the zoning plan. It is important that the treatment plant gets a design that fits into the local environment, both as regards natural environments and local houses. The treatment plant ́s location means that it will be close to other houses. The contracting authority would like the treatment plant to not be experienced as a hostile or foreign element in the local community, neither to the locals nor others passing through. Therefore, the design of the facility is an important element for the contracting authority for this procurement.
