Kvalitetskriterium (navn): This is a procurement of a framework agreement for electrical works in Oslo & Akershus, excluding Follo. According to PPR § 7-9 (4), criteria in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 can be replaced by requirements where this clearly improves climate and environmental effect. This procurement uses the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (4), since the climate and environmental requirements connected to the electrical work included in the contract have a clearly better climate and environmental effect than the use of the award criteria.

The framework agreement applies to Statsbygg ́s owned and leased properties in Oslo and Akershus, excluding VAT. Follo.For properties in Oslo, the contracts will come into force approx. 01.05.2024. Properties in Akershus, excluding VAT. Follo currently has agreements that expire 16.10.2024. The properties in Akershus, excluding VAT. Follo will therefore be phased into this framework agreement as the existing agreements expire. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with four of the tenderers on the basis of this competition as long as the competition provides the basis for this.
