Tildelingskriterier
Kvalitetskriterium (navn): This is a procurement of a framework agreement for electrical works in Oslo & Akershus, excluding Follo. According to PPR § 7-9 (4), criteria in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 can be replaced by requirements where this clearly improves climate and environmental effect.
This procurement uses the exclusion provisions in PPR § 7-9 (4), since the climate and environmental requirements connected to the electrical work included in the contract have a clearly better climate and environmental effect than the use of the award criteria.

Technical and professional qualifications: Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
A transferable value means equivalent assignments connected to maintenance and alteration works in buildings that are completely or partly in operation.
In addition to ordinary electrical work, the reference assignments shall also show experience with:
- Fire alarm and emergency lighting system.
Documentation:
Tenderers shall provide a description of up to 5 reference assignments with comparative value in the last 5 years with information on, among other things:
• The assignment/contract name
• Description of the assignment/contract
• Type of building
• The assignment/contract value
• The start-up date and completion date.
• The contracting authority and the name of a gender neutral preferred (the person in question can be contacted if needed).
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
