Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipalities ́ need for the purchase and delivery of medicines, multi-dose and single dose in the Gjøvik region. The contract shall be signed with a tenderer who shall act as a total supplier and who can supply and deliver all types of medicines, cf. the pharmacy regulations §26 on the pharmacy ́s obligation to negotiate. A separate data processing agreement shall be signed for the protection of privacy and information security in a proper manner. After the tender deadline, the contracting authority would like tenderers who have submitted a tender, shall one at one time meet at a physical gathering with the contracting authority ́s user group where they present their tenders. The evaluation is done in this way so that the user group can more clearly get a uniform impression of the tenderer ́s services before the award of contract.
