Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Bærums Verk school is from 1985, i.e. almost 40 years. The school had an area of 4,419 m2 over 4 floors and was previously a primary school that was altered/adapted as a respite care facility for secondary schools in 2018/2019. Parts of the building were also previously altered to nursery use, but reset in 2021. Bærums Verk school is currently used as a respite school for secondary schools, and an upgrade of the building is now planned. Climate and environmental requirements have been put in the requirement specifications in this project, which together are considered to provide a better climate and environmental effect than weighting climate and environmental considerations with a minimum of thirty percent in the award criteria, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9, 4 paragraph. The present project is largely justified in environmental/energy saving considerations itself, which means that a number of work described has this as a starting point. See the following in particular: -Windows, doors, heat pumps shall be replaced and new energy efficient installations shall be assembled, including replacing all light sources with LED lighting. Furthermore, all seven ventilation aggregates will be replaced, and these will be far with energy efficient than the existing ones. Also, the requirements of materials are largely motivated by environmental considerations. There are strict requirements for the waste plan and the sorting percentage in the project.
