The winter maintenance service is divided into 9 areas. Tenders can be submitted for one, several, or all lots. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot. Tenderers are encouraged to cooperate in preparing tenders if they are unable to handle an entire lot alone.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Contract
The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.
The contract period is from and including 2023-05-01. The contract period is 3 years from the start-up date. The contract will be automatically renewed for one year at a time unless notice is given by one of the parties.
The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer for each lot, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders to the contest.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
