Credit rating: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has a valid reason for not submitting this documentation, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

Expertise: 1. Tenderers shall have sufficient competence to fulfil the contract to the extent that the tenderer submits a tender for. Documentation: CV with an overview of formal professional competence and experience for all employees who will be involved in the execution of this contract. • Certificates on offered vehicles and machines. • Experience and references for completed projects. • Documented training on the machine that shall be used. • Documented course certificate for work notifications 1 and 2. • ADK certificate for water and sewage contracts. 2. Enclose a self-declaration that documents relevant experience and competence for carrying out work in/with ditches deeper than 2.5 metres (up to 5.0 metres). The list must be connected to individual persons employed or associated with the company. The extent of the completed assignments must be such that the tenderer has actually acquired the competence and that this has been maintained.

Central certification: Documentation: Central approval for the construction of water and sewage pipelines, with the correct development class for the relevant projects, or equivalent local certification.
