The project is split into two different parts and includes the following:
Part 1 - temporarinesses:
Temporary 11-a-side pitch
Permanent car park
Part 2: field-hockey:
Field-hockey pitch
Skatepark and multi-use games area with the accompanying mingling zones
An operations building for the field-hockey pitch (DB1) and a separate transformer building.
The contracting authority has chosen to carry out measures with joint contracts as follows;
TE1: Excavation and outdoor contract
TE2: Contract for other measures (this tender and called in other tenders' documentation as TE)
TE3: Pavilion contract
