Justification for cancellation Cancellation of contest The contest for a turnkey contract - new educational centre Kjøpsvik is cancelled, cf. the public procurement regulations, (PPR) § 25-4. The contest is cancelled as the received tenders far exceeded the contracting authority's given financial limits, cf. the tender documentation part 1, point 1.3 conditions regarding permits or financing, which states the following: '...Note that the project is subject to financing as well as a final execution decision by Narvik Municipality. The project has financing within a given limit. If the tender sum exceeds this limit, new financing must be obtained. If a solution is not found, the contest must be cancelled....' It has not been possible for the contracting authority to increase the economic limits sufficiently to be able to continue with the contest, and a decision has therefore been made to cancel due to a lack of finances to hold the contest. Cancellation of contest

The contest for a turnkey contract - new educational centre Kjøpsvik is cancelled, cf. the public procurement regulations,

(PPR) § 25-4.

The contest is cancelled as the received tenders far exceeded the contracting authority's given financial limits, cf. the tender documentation part 1, point 1.3 conditions regarding permits or financing, which states the following:

'...Note that the project is subject to financing as well as a final execution decision by Narvik Municipality. The project has financing within a given limit.

If the tender sum exceeds this limit, new financing must be obtained. If a solution is not found, the contest must be cancelled....'
