IVAR IKS intends to enter into a framework agreement that shall ensure travel agency services by using a web based portal and manual bookings via a travel consultant. The aim of the agreement shall be to continually work to develop the most rational, environmentally friendly and economic travel arrangements, so that the time consumption, price and quality always gives the best total result. Each employee shall have their own user and the possibility of carrying out their own bookings/changes of journeys with the accompanying services. In addition there shall be internal travel reservations that can book journeys on behalf of other employees at the contracting authority. The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for travel agency services with an booking portal, including various types of services necessary to cover the contracting authority ́s travel needs and event activities, such as: Individual journeys, group journeys, flights, hotel stays, hire cars, train journeys, conferences/courses, delivery of travel documents, statistics, consultancy/consultancy services, training, environmental impact etc. The tenderer shall contribute, as well as facilitate an increased share of online bookings/changes of journeys and stays. A web portal shall be offered, which shall contribute to an increased share of online orders/changes.
