The contracting authority, NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral in Trøndelag, needs to have assistive aids delivered to the municipality's reception sites and to return used assistive aids to the contracting authority's two locations in accordance with the documentation in the annexes to the tender documentation.

Aids without documentation must not, as a starting point, be received/accepted and not transported by the tenderer.
The largest part of the procurement is fixed drives along fixed routes. See the annexes. Extra drives or pre-orders from the centre's two locations may apply.
The main rule is that goods must deliver and collect goods once a week for each municipality.
The route overview in use at the time of the announcement is part of the tender documentation. See the annexes.
Transport between the contracting authority's locations in Trondheim and Levanger may also be used to send other goods - for example, assistive aids that are reused across locations.
Costs for this transport will be included as a fixed price.
Trondheim municipality organises the collection and return of assistive aids on its own. Trondheim and Malvik municipalities are not included in the contract.
Assistive aids that are transported in from the municipalities must also be delivered to the assistive aid centre [Helpemiddelsentral].
Deviations (direct delivery to users) from the transport route may occur and must be initiated by the assistive aid centre. An hourly rate must be given from the time the driver leaves the fixed route to the time they are back on the route. Rounded to the half hour.

The same applies for assignments that are not included in the fixed transport. This applies in particular to express assignments beyond the stipulated fixed transport routes. Express routes are stated with driving time and number of kilometres starting from the assistive aid centre that ordered the assignment and ending at the agreed delivery location.

The chosen tenderer will have the opportunity to suggest changes to the transport routes during the contract period. Changes will only be applicable after approval from the contracting authority.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract includes several options for the contracting authority to extend the contract:
1st Option: From and including 01.05. 2025 until and including February 2026 (It is very likely that this option will be triggered.)
The contracting authority would like to make it possible to be able to further extend the contract as needed:
2nd Option: March - April 2026
3rd Option: May - June 2026
4th Option: June until December 2026
Option for the contracting authority for any extra trips between the locations in addition to existing trips that are already covered by the fixed price. (see point 2.7 of the contract documentation.)
