Certificate of apprenticeship/vocational education: The tenderer is required to have a minimum of seven employees with a certificate of apprenticeship, of which a minimum of 1 master certificate is required for the disciplines: electrical work, plumbing work, joinery and carpentry work, painting and wallpapering work.
The company is required to have at least three employees with relevant certificates of apprenticeship for the offered discipline, of which a minimum of one master certificate is required.
Where there is multi-disciplinary work, at least one of the certificates of apprenticeship must be connected to the offered subject. Attention is lain that for flashing and guttering work there must be a minimum of two certificates of apprenticeship from each of the two disciplines. For employees who are educated from foreign educational institutions, the following applies: For regulated professions, certification (authorisation) must be enclosed from the certification office responsible for the specific profession. A list of these professions and their certification offices can be found on the websites of NOKUT under "Vocational list - statutory professions". The education documents shall be translated into Norwegian, English, Danish or Swedish within professions that are not regulated by law.
Minimum qualification requirements: Professional competence is to be documented by enclosing a copy of a certificate of apprenticeship and master certificates within the relevant discipline. Documentation shall be enclosed with the tender.
