The top system for BAS will see to the contracting authority's need for monitoring, controlling, and serving technical installations.
The joint top system must be able to communicate and interact directly with substations independent of brand, and will monitor all the technical installations that are connected to the automation in a building, which includes, amongst other things, ventilation, heat production, cooling, room control, sun screening, and energy consumption, etc.
