economic and financial capacity: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract, in which, among other things, being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.
Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the submission date from the tender offer.
Documentation shall be connected to the unit c/o an organisation number that shall be the contracting party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall contribute significantly to any competition.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.
