Avfall Sør would like to enter into a new contract for the collection of waste in marinas and municipal commercial sanitation. The contract will include: Collection of containers for residual waste from marinas in Kristiansand. Inspection, clearing, emptying, processing and declaring fractions delivered to hazardous waste containers in marinas. Collecting and setting out containers and hook boxes for different fractions at municipal actors. Collection, hire of dunks and delivery for shredding of shredding paper from municipal actors. Collection and disposal of risk waste from municipal actors. Hire and emptying of containers for municipal trade waste. Setting out containers/bins and other packaging to all the bullet points above is included in the assignment. Boxes/containers for risk waste, bins for shredding paper, sacks for plastic packaging and cages for EE-waste shall be included in the contract and included in the tenderer ́s price. Downstream agreements shall be handled in accordance with the contracting authority ́s agreements.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Residue waste is delivered to the incineration plant in the contracting authority ́s delivery contract, other fractions shall be collected and delivered for approved treatment as agreed with the contracting authority. Hazardous waste fractions shall be handled in accordance with the law and regulations, possibly declared and invoiced/credited to Avfall Sør. The service for risk waste shall also include containers/boxes. Services for shredding paper includes emptying, hire of thumps and processing shredder paper. Services for collecting plastic packaging includes plastic sacks for collecting the plastic packaging and for the collection of EE-waste, cages shall be included in the service. The fractions shall, unless otherwise agreed, be delivered to the facility in accordance with the contracting authority ́s contracts. The contracting authority would like the most possible use of zero emission vehicles in this agreement and has set a minimum requirement for driving zero emission vehicles at 25%. Further details on this are in the tender documentation and annexes. Tenderers must procure iPads with sim cards in order to receive orders for assignments from Avfall Sør. The customers send an order to Avfall Sør, and our customer centre places orders in the contracting authority ́s customer system ISY ProActive. Furthermore, the assignments will be sent to the supplier/tenderer who distributes these further to their renovators. The orders are the invoice basis for Avfall Sør. Avfall Sør pays the licence for the programme, but the tenderer must procure iPads and keep them during the agreement period. There are no other specifications for IPads, than that they must have Sim cards, Avfall Sør will assist with downloading the app to the customer system on the IPad.
