FREVAR KF would like to enter into a framework agreement for suction and flushing services for the following areas: Suction of water, sludge, liquid marble, bag filter dust, ash, oil separators, cleaning of various basins, tanks and pumping stations, flushing of leachate systems, pipes, emptying of grease tanks, and similar assignments that may occur. Handling chemicals that require ADR transport can be required.

There must be 2 available containers for the suction of bag filter dust, so that when one is emptied a new one is put in place.
Clean hoses are required for work at waterworks.
Requirements for emptying oil separators:
Inspection and sounding of the water level in sand traps.
Inspection and cleaning of intake and discharge, as well as sample manholes.
Sounding the oil level and possibly emptying of oil phase. Oil phase must not be deposited at Frevar KF, but at a certified landfill site for hazardous waste.
Cleaning and possible change of coalescence unit (filter and anodes) on oil separators that have this equipment.
Emptying sludge in oil separators (details on the oil separators are given in the price sheet).
AH/Kvitebjørn, garage emptied 3 times a year.
AH, asphalt plate, emptied twice a year.
The remaining 6 are emptied once a year.
Emptying sand in sand traps:
AH/Kvitebjørn, outside the garage, emptied 3 times a year.

Inspection of any damage to separator installations.
Declaration in the BK form of sand from sand traps, deposited on the asphalt plate, the operator must always receive notification when something is to be deposited:

Preparing reports that include both the condition of oil separators and the analysis result of the waste water phase.
The oil separators are marked in the attached map.
The response time is maximum 1.5 hours. A shorter response time can be required if an urgent matter occurs.
The suction and flushing services will amount to approx. NOK 3.5 million a year. This is only a guideline based on historical figures and is non-binding for FREVAR KF.
We reserve the right to ask other suppliers for major procurements.
The attached price sheet must be completed with a description of how the helper will be used. No changes can be made to the price sheet.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner: Option for an extension for 1 + 1 year on the same terms.

Credit assessment based on the most recent accounting figures. The assessment must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A list of the 3 most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on the recipient (name, telephone number, and email address). References will only be contacted if required.
Tenderers must have the necessary licences and permits, and comply with all the laws, regulations, and rules.
