Øygarden kommune

Framework agreement with a LSP supplier/dealer of Microsoft software licences in the contract period for the procurement of licences, including procurement, hire, maintenance, supplements, administration, management, and consultancy, etc.
The contracting authority retains the right to replace the LSP during the Microsoft contract duration in accordance with Microsoft's decisions about the replacement of the LSP. The new supplier will take over all of the supplier responsibility for the requested services from the signing of the contract. This also includes annual maintenance costs for previously procured licences/services from Microsoft, as well as the need for new/other licences or services from Microsoft.

The agreement includes volume licences and is focused on the dealer link.

The aim of the procurement is to reduce the procurement costs, simplify the procurement of licences, as well as ensure good administration of them.

Øygarden Municipality currently uses the following products: Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix, Veeam, and VMware. The expected start-up for Adobe, Citrix, and Vmware is in 2024. The expected start-up for Microsoft is in 2023. There is already a licence agreement for licences connected to Microsoft that the new partner must take over. The new licence period for Veeam could start in 2025.
