Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.: Enclose a printout of a credit rating that shows the financial ranking. A printout can be obtained from Experian or an equivalent credit rating company. The credit rating should not be older than 3 months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be enclosed so that the contracting authority can assess different ratings up against each other.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

Experience that the tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments.: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date of delivery or execution and the recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality management system is required for the requested services.
The concept of a quality management system is that i.a. the tenderer has a awareness of quality objectives, planning, securing, handling of deviations, quality improvement and data security. UiO also requires that the system handles service, environment and ethics, as well as wages and working conditions.
Description of the tenderer's quality assurance system. The description shall include a table of contents and how work on maintenance and updating takes place. Provide any certification.
