The purpose of the procurement is to procure scope equipment for the Urology Department's outpatient clinic c/o Helse Stavanger Hospital Trust
The equipment will be used for cystoscopy, cancer follow-up, bladder diagnostics, removal of foreign bodies from the bladder, biopsies and bladder flushing. It will also be for mapping and follow-up after cancer treatment. Examination, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with urological disorders must be carried out. Flexible video cytoscopes will also be used for botox treatments. The equipment is currently used on approx. 2,200 patients per year, with a potential for increased frequency.

The estimated scope of the framework agreement is up to approx. 8 complete cytoscopy racks, 40 complete multi-use flexible video cytoscopes and accessories. In addition, consumables will be procured over the lifetime of the equipment.
In addition, an option for the following is requested if offered:
- 20 Semi-rigid scopes
20 Optics
- 32 Trays with sterile pulls
- 8 Documentation systems for sanitation
- E-learning programme
An option shall be entered for the following:
- Service, cf. Annex 4 - Overview of service levels
- Service course
The stated scope/consumption is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume. The number of purchases and triggering of options will depend on future budgetary funding and the needs of the department.
The equipment must be supplied with the latest available technology with development opportunities.
The framework agreement period is 2 years. After that the contracting authority can extend the contract for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is 4 years. The contract will automatically be extended on the same terms unless the contracting authority takes other initiatives. The framework agreement for the delivery of equipment-dependent consumables is valid for as long as the equipment is in use.

Options for semi-rigid scopes, optics, trays and documentation systems for sanitation will be applicable for 4 years. Additional options for service, service course and an e-learning programme will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
A credit rating score to or better than A, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating agency.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied.
