Kort beskrivelse:
The contract has an estimated value of approx. NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT for the whole contract period. This applies for all costs associated with the assignment. The estimated contract value is for information only, and the contracting authority is not bound by it. The contracting authority´s need can vary from year to year. The maximum value of the contract throughout the contract period is NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.

The work is to be performed with the frequency and activities stated in the tender documentation in addition to corrective activities that may occur. Additions or omissions of locations and/or components beyond what is described in the tender documentation may occur during the contract period. The contract period is two years with an option for one year + one year.

Availability: The tenderer must be available free of charge either through customer service or via emergency telephone.
Service: The service concerns preventative operations and maintenance. The tenderer is responsible for contributing to the preparation of the operations and maintenance plan for the period.

Requirement: The company must be a legally established enterprise. The tenderer must be registered in a public company register. Foreign tenderers are to present equivalent certificates from authorities in their home land. Documentation: Confirmed in ESPD Company certificate from the Brønnøysund business register or equivalent for foreign tenderers.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract (i.e. good finances). It is required that the tenderer be creditworthy without requiring a guarantee. Documentation: Confirmed in ESPD Copy of credit assessment The credit assessment must not be older than 3 months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be attached so that the Contracting Authority can assess different ratings against each other. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
