Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. To fulfil the requirement, tenderers must fulfil the following terms (all the terms apply for the last available financial year):
1. Turnover of minimum NOK 100 million.
2. Total equity at least 100,000 and equity ratio in % (SEK*100/SGE) greater than, or equal to 8% SEK: Total equity SGE: Total equity and liabilities
3. Liquidity ratio (SOM/SQG) greater or equal to 0.8 AS: Total current resources SQG: Total short-term debt.
Documentation requirement:
Annual accounts, the last available financial year.
It will not be necessary to submit documentation of fulfilment of the requirements by consent to the use of e-evidence, cf. point E-proof.
If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not presenting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, f. e.g. companies that have not existed for so long can prove their economic and financial position with alternative documentation, which provides equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract. Tenderers are requested to contact the contracting authority to verify what type of documentation is considered sufficient.

As a minimum a general description of the system ́s content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be given. 5.4 Technical and professional qualifications: Qualification requirement:
Tenderers shall have sufficient ability, experience and capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement:
An overview of three relevant assignments that the tenderer has carried out during the last five years, which as a minimum shall include
• A description of the delivery, including:
o Name of the Customer,
o Date of execution,
o Scope of delivery in amount,
o Name and telephone number of the reference person at the Customer. The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
• A description of how much of the deliveries the tenderer put away to sub-suppliers. References will also be accepted as sub-suppliers if the work carried out by the tenderer falls under work that is considered as "equivalent assignments".
Newly established companies that cannot present references are required to demonstrate that the company has the prerequisites required to carry out the work, and must, thus, account for the company formation and employees ́ competence.
