Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

A contract for either a financing contract or a leasing of a construction machine in the form of one wheeled loader/tool carrier. The procurement shall serve the purpose of the machine being used in winter stand-by and summer maintenance. By being able to be used for activities such as: snow clearing, gritting, care along roads, edge switching and various installations during spring summer and autumn. The machine shall be able to be used for transporting matter. The background for the procurement is to ensure quality equipment for the municipality ́s operations and service department. The objective of the procurement is in accordance with what the service department needs in their work. Their need will come to an end through a qualitative machine inspection in the evaluation phase of tenderers. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. FOA § 13-1(1). Negotiations are not allowed in this competition. Tenders cannot, therefore, be changed after the tender deadline has expired. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. FOA § 13-1(1). Negotiations are not allowed in this competition. Tenders cannot, therefore, be changed after the tender deadline has expired. Tenders must be submitted for both the procurement based on instalments and leasing. Emphasis is put on the fact that a contract will only be awarded for either the procurement or leasing of one machine, not both. The price offers given can involve trade-in from Alstahaug municipality ́s own machines as equity in the tender offer. Based on what will be the most favourable tender offer from the tenderer. This is to be given as an option. That is activated on the message from the contracting authority, if the contracting authority sees this as appropriate. The options are in the price form where tenderers can set up a separate price item for price offers including trade-in of the following machines: • 2008 Wille 855 c (6800 machine hours) 2 sets of wheels• 2003 JCB fastrac 2135 (5,203 machine hours) 2 wheelsets, snowek U-420 M/snow clearing plate.
