Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Economic and financial capacity
Tenderers are required to have very good financial implementation ability.
The extent of the turnover seen in relation to the contract value will be emphasised. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers may be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.
Technical and professional qualifications
A. Tenderers shall have very good implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out assignments under the contract.
B. Tenderers shall have very good experience from equivalent assignments. This means assignments of an equivalent extent, of a similar nature and complexity.
C. Tenderers are required to have a well-functioning quality system as described in "rødboka" chapter 6. A. An overview shall be given of the tenderer's workforce and capacity. The overview describes competence and experience for the personnel who will have key roles in the deliveries to the new government block.
B. A list of 3-5 of the most important deliveries in the last five years. The list shall include:
-The tenderer's role
-Value
-Start-up date and completion date.
-The contracting authority and the name of a gender neutral preferred.
C. Description of the tenderer's quality system.
