The objective and scope of the procurement, Bergen Health, is building a new central sterile supply with assignments such as decontamination, sterilisation and distribution of operating instruments and equipment at Haukeland University Hospital. The project is called in accordance with the building ́s designation: Park corner (PAHJ) The construction project shall be carried out in joint builder managed contracts (NS 8405). The contractors who are engaged in carrying out the construction assignments for their own discipline have their site managers who coordinate and manage the various participants at the construction site. PAHJ requires sufficient competence and resources connected to the builder organisation. The builder ́s construction managers shall check that the contractor ́s work is properly carried out and that the work ordered is delivered with the correct quality Health Bergen HF / Haukeland University Hospital is in the construction phase for a new decontamination centre (washing hall and sterile centre). The project "Park corner" is in the transition to the announcement phase of the remaining contracts as the sealed house contract is nearing completion. Sub-contract 1 – Technical construction manager HVAC: Technical construction manager HVAC will be a part of a team of construction managers. The work assignments are described in more detail in the Performance Description for Construction Management. This can lead to full presence. The intention is that assignments at all times have at least two resources with knowledge so that it is possible to balance the workload and take care of the tasks in the event of absence. Technical Construction Manager HVAC can be responsible for RTB (Clean Dry Building).
