The objective and scope of the procurement, Bergen Health, is building a new central sterile supply with assignments such as decontamination, sterilisation and distribution of operating instruments and equipment at Haukeland University Hospital. The project is called in accordance with the building ́s designation: Park corner (PAHJ) The construction project shall be carried out in joint builder managed contracts (NS 8405). The contractors who are engaged in carrying out the construction assignments for their own discipline have their site managers who coordinate and manage the various participants at the construction site. PAHJ requires sufficient competence and resources connected to the builder organisation. The builder ́s construction managers shall check that the contractor ́s work is properly carried out and that the work ordered is delivered with the correct quality Health Bergen HF / Haukeland University Hospital is in the construction phase for a new decontamination centre (washing hall and sterile centre). The project "Park corner" is in the transition to the announcement phase of the remaining contracts as the sealed house contract is nearing completion. Sub-contract 1 – Technical construction manager HVAC: Technical construction manager HVAC will be a part of a team of construction managers. The work assignments are described in more detail in the Performance Description for Construction Management. This can lead to full presence. The intention is that assignments at all times have at least two resources with knowledge so that it is possible to balance the workload and take care of the tasks in the event of absence. Technical Construction Manager HVAC can be responsible for RTB (Clean Dry Building). Evaluation criteria for Sub-contract 1 - Technical Construction Manager HVAC are stated below in chapter 6.1. -Evaluation criteria Sub-contract 1 - Technical Construction Manager HVAC. For further information on the description of the assignment, see annex Performance Description.Sub-contract 2 - Technical Construction Manager Electro: Technical Construction Manager Electro will be part of a team of construction managers. The work assignments are described in more detail in the Performance Description for Construction Management. This can lead to full presence. The intention is that assignments at all times have at least two resources with knowledge so that it is possible to balance the workload and take care of the tasks in the event of absence. Technical Construction Manager Electro can be responsible for the construction logistics, plan for the coordination of transport to the construction site, until this is used Myloc construction. Evaluation criteria for Sub-contract 2 - Technical Construction Manager Electro is stated in chapter 6.2. -Evading criteria Sub-contract 2 - Technical Construction Manager Electro.For further information on the description of the assignment, see Annex Performance Description.Sub-contract 3 - Technical Construction Manager Logistics (Process Facility): Technical Construction Manager Logistics will be a part of the Team of Construction Managers. The tasks will and can be divided between each construction manager, the general responsibility is Main Construction Manager.The intention is that assignments always have at least two resources with knowledge so that it is possible to balance the work load and carry out the tasks in absence. Technical construction manager Logistics is to see to the assembly and commissioning of automated process installations in the building. The building has self-driving VEHICLES of type AGV (automated guided vehicles) and AMR (autonomous mobile robots), placed in different zones. Three warehouse lifts are planned as well as a sterile fully automated high warehouse. These systems shall cooperate with vehicle washers, trolley belts, specialised washing and sterilisation machines and superior ICT systems. All this sets high requirements for the construction manager with responsibility for these areas.
