The Norwegian Defence is in need of at least 20 transport and shipping containers and 10 ammunition containers.
An economic framework of NOK 6.2 million has been set. The contracting authority would like as many containers as possible within the framework and the requirements set forth in Annex A - Price and Delivery Matrix, Annex B - Transport and Shipping Containers and Annex B1 - Ammunition Containers.
The procurement is split into to (2) lots + possible options. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both lots. The lots will be priced separately in accordance with Annex A - Price and Delivery Matrix. Both lots have similar values for the Contracting Authority.

The Norwegian Defence is in need of transport and shipping containers and ammunition containers.
The procurement is divided into two (2) lots. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both lots. The lots will be priced separately in accordance with Annex A - Price and Delivery Matrix. Both lots have similar values for the Contracting Authority.
Lot 1: Transport and shipping containers (minimum of 20)
Lot 2: Ammunition containers (minimum of 10)
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the lots.
Option: If the Tenderer can provide more than the 20 transport and shipping containers and 10 ammunition containers within the budget, these should be offered as an option.
The contract duration will be from contract commencement and until the agreed up service is delivered in its entirety.
Contracts for the assignment will be entered into with the Tenderer(s) who with their lots.

If the Tenderer can provide more containers than the 20 transport and shipping containers and 10 ammunition containers within the budget, these should be offered as an option.
The Contracting Authority is not bound to trigger the option and will decide whether more than 20 transport and shipping containers and 10 ammunition containers will be procured based on the number of tender offers and prices.
