Contest for the delivery of annual service, maintenance, calibration, as well as repair of technical equipment in inspection halls and exterior inspection stations. The contest is divided into three geographical areas. The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the equipment is calibrated and maintained in accordance with the current requirements, and to ensure that the operation of the units is maintained with the minimum amount of stoppages due to technical errors in equipment.

The tenderer that carries out accredited calibrations of measuring instruments as mentioned in the regulations on periodic vehicle inspections, § 8, second section, letters a, c, d, g, and i, must have general accreditation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Point 3.26 of the attached contract provisions has a requirement that ensures that employees at the tenderer and any sub-suppliers that carry out work under the contract do not have worse wages and working conditions that those in the current regulations on general tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements for the branches in question. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will also check compliance with the provisions and put sanctions in place for tenderers if there is a lack of compliance with the provisions.
