Sokndal municipality has worked with alternative solutions related to the problem of flooding for many years. The project has been worked in different phases and we are now entering phase 4 in which the aim is further planning and engineering design of the flood tunnel alternative that is being prepared in collaboration with NVE. There will be a need for a project manager with competence in flood diversion using tunnels. The project also necessitates work with procurements, impact assessment, concession applications and zoning work in relation to PBL. Competence in the relevant legislation such as Water Resource law and Planning and Construction law.

We would like an option for 2 years as there is uncertainty in relation to the planned project period, wherein the work is dependent on county and national authorities.

Tax certificate: Norwegian tenderers must submit the following certificates: Tax certificate for tax and VAT (obtained electronically through Altinn). The tax certificate must not be more than six months calculated from the tender deadline.
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Registration certificate in a professional register as determined by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers must have sufficient finances to execute the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document its economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Competence in flood diversion using tunnels and associated hatches is also competence that must be documented.
The project also necessitates work with procurements, impact assessment, concession applications and zoning work in relation to PBL.

Quality management: the company must be able to document its quality management system.
