The scope of the delivery is a total delivery of furniture for the expansion of Benterud Primary School, as well as a small delivery for the existing buildings.
The expansion of Benterud School makes up a school expansion of approx. 400 pupils, i.e., when the expansion is completed, Benterud School will have room for a total of approx. 800 pupils. The school expansion includes, amongst other things, classrooms, group rooms, special rooms (one special educational base, food and health, production kitchen, wraparound care, etc.), amphi/music room, and teacher workplaces. The aim of the procurement is to furnish the school in accordance with the desired scope and quality, as well as to ensure follow-up during the operations and guarantee phase.

The tenderer must delivery furniture and portable fixtures in accordance with the attached furnishing plans and product descriptions. Tenderers are to decide what type of product they will offer, as long as the stated functional requirements are met. There can be minor deviations in the dimensions and qualities to those stated in the annexes. The description of the products comes before the illustrations, which are meant as a guideline.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
We would like tenderers to offer second hand furniture (see 4F and 5F in the requirements specification), but if a tenderer cannot offer second hand furniture, or second hand furniture is deemed to be in too bad condition, the tenderer will not be rejected. Tenderers must attach pictures of the products that are offered as second hand in the price sheet. See the tender documentation for further information.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation:
Credit rating, not older than 6 months, calculated from when the tender deadline expires.
The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings and other documentation on economic and financial capacity, if this is deemed necessary.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the last 3 years. The description must include:
- The assignment value
- Date
- Scope and complexity
- Recipient (name, telephone number and email address)
It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
Requirement: Tenderers must have good routines for the follow-up of sub-suppliers (seriousness requirement).
Documentation requirement:
- Organisation chart with a description of access to resources, own and possibly hired.
- A short description of the tenderer's procedures for inspections and follow-up of sub-suppliers.
Maximum one (1) A4 page.
