Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to carry out the framework agreement. Documentation: Tenderers can document their economic/financial capacity in the following ways: • Credit assessment from a company licensed by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority to operate credit information activities in Norway, possibly from companies with equivalent certification in member countries in the EU/EEA. The credit rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must not be more than three months old. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Legally established company: The tenderer shall be a legal established company. Documentation: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade register. or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Joint licence: The tenderer shall have joint jacket for tour carriage transport Documentation: Copy of licences obtained from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.

Experience from comparable contracts: Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments means assignments which includes both administrative organisation and the transport assignments themselves. Documentation: Tenderers shall fill in the attached document "Documentation of relevant experience". The description shall include the tenderer ́s up to 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of: The contract ́s value Time Recipient (name, telephone number and email/telephone number of a gender neutral preferred at the recipient.) Brief description of the deliveries included in the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated contact persons for reference. The requirement can also be seen as fulfilled when documenting one or several framework agreements of an equivalent nature, value and extent, but this is not an absolute requirement. The contracting authority will make a concrete assessment of whether the sum of such assignments must be seen as a substantiate fulfilment of the relevant requirements. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

Quality assurance system: Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that shall be delivered. Documentation: Valid ISO-9001 certification will meet the requirement. Tenderers who do not have an ISO-9001 certificate can prove their quality assurance system by enclose an account of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system. The account shall, as a minimum, describe a system that ensures: Quality of services provided Deviation processing Continual improvements to the deliveries.

Environmental management system: Tenderers shall have a well functioning environmental management system for the services that shall Comes. Documentation: Valid ISO 14001, EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn will meet the requirement. Tenderers who do not have the above mentioned certificates can prove their environmental management system by enclose an account of the tenderer ́s environmental management system. The account shall, as a minimum, describe a system that ensures: Annual environmental action plan Follow-up of the environmental action plan during the year. Annual environmental report containing the environmental accounts and its assessment.
