The agreement shall basically be used by the refugee service when housing new refugees, but it can also be used by other entities internally in the organisation.

Haugesund Municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of furniture for housing.
The agreement shall basically be used by the refugee service when housing new refugees, but it can also be used by other entities internally in the organisation.
It is the municipality that is responsible for preparing flats for new tenants. This means that the Refugee Service awards flats and furnishes them according to a given standard.
The contract value can have major variations from year to year, as this will depend on how many refugees are housed each year, and how many flats must be prepared based on the composition of the group.
In a normal year there are approx. 40-50 refugees that are settled in the municipality. Haugesund municipality shall, in accordance with request from IMDI [the Norwegian Directorate for Integration and Diversity], organise settlement of 310 refugees in 2023.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer's turnover in the last two fiscal years shall annually be at least equal to the assumed value of the agreement
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience from comparable assignments as regards complexity.
The use of packaging requires that the tenderer is a member in a recycling scheme or fulfils the obligation through it's own recycling scheme for end treatment where packaging is taken care of in an environmentally responsible manner.

Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts during the last five years.
Documentation on membership in Green point Norway AS ( Grønt punkt Norge AS) or equivalent recycling
Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
If the tenderer is not already certified according to a recognised system for environmental management (for e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, or Eco-Lighthouse), the tenderer is obligated to initiate a certification process within 2 years from the date the contract is signed. It is considered as a significant breach of contract if such initiation process is not in progress within the deadline, or the tenderer is not certified within the stated date. The supplier bears the risk for that the business must fulfil the requirements, and becomes certified.
