Kort beskrivelse:

The planning process for sub-project A, (Gamvik, Tana, Berlevåg, and Båtsfjord Municipalities), is run as an inter-municipal planning cooperation in accordance with chapter 9 in the Planning and Building Act, with a separate inter-municipal planning committee as the formal steering group. Troms og Finnmark County will be responsible for the project coordination, as well as contribute with GIS competence. Each municipality contributes with planning resources, local knowledge, and will see to information between the professional part of the planning work and the political-administrative level in their municipality. An external consultant will be engaged to see to the planning report. The project's detailed organisation will be determined by the inter-municipal planning committee. The municipalities will make the final decision on the plan for their territorial areas with a tentative final consideration by December 2024.

The planning process for sub-project B, (Loppa Municipality) is rigged as a planning project under municipal management, with the municipality's planning committee and municipal council as the decision organs for the process. The organisation of the planning process is approved by Loppa Municipality's executive board/planning committee in accordance with the municipal council's delegations and political organisation.

Troms og Finnmark County, c/o Coastal Plan Finnmark and the participating municipalities, invites tenderers to submit a total tender for professional external formulation of coastal zone plans as a joint main project, but split into two sub-projects A and B (see above). The tender is set up in accordance with the price offer sheet A-1, A-2 (plan formulation), and B-1 and B2, (options).
