Innovation Norway Tourism needs a collaboration partner who can assist in concept development and production of communication concepts for social media, PR, advertising and storytelling.
Visit Norway is the international brand used by Innovation Norway Tourism in its work on sustainable development of the Norwegian tourism industry. Visit Norway will: - Contribute to increased exports, - profile and market Norway as a travel destination internationally, - inspire the right tourists to come to all parts of Norway, in all seasons, - facilitate sales activities for the industry. At present, the project covers the tourism mission for which Innovation Norway is responsible and is linked to Visit Norway. The contract can also be used by other projects in Innovation Norway.
It is difficult to estimate the annual value of the procurement, but based on figures from experience, the anticipated nominal value is NOK 9-16 million. VAT per annum. However, this is not binding for the contracting authority.
The maximum value of the contract will be NOK 70 million excluding VAT VAT over two years. The framework agreement will have exhausted its effect when the framework agreement's total value has been reached.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register in accordance with the national requirements in the country where the tenderer is established. Documented through the reply in the ESPD.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities. Documented through the reply in the ESPD.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have relevant competence and experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries in the role of creator.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderers must provide 3 relevant reference projects. Tenderers must include a link to films from the campaign or case films, as well as a written description of the assignment that the concept was designed to solve, how it was creatively solved, what the budget was (both for development and dissemination) and what the results of the campaign were.
