The objective of the procurement is to acquire a good and experienced supplier who can support and support REG with automation services, where needed and where REG does not have the capacity and/or expertise to carry out the jobs themselves. The procurement is necessary in order to ensure stable operation and delivery of the agency ́s services, including assignments for repairs and maintenance. After mapping the needs, and for special requirements for certification, vaccination etc. for assignments in particularly demanding environments, the procurement will mainly concern the need for automation services at REG ́s production facility. at REG's Haraldrud Energy Recovery Facility, HEA, Haraldrud Sorting Facility HUA, Klemetsrud Sorting Facility KUA and Romerike Biogas Facility RBA. The procurement comprises a contract for automation services for service and maintenance of the management systems, including sub-systems, at the factories. The contract is for the procurement of components such as sensors, PLCs and cables when necessary for the execution of assignments. The need for automation services in other parts of the company in REG is covered through separate contracts (access systems, ventilation systems etc.), and will to a small degree be affected. The contract value is estimated to NOK 40 million over a 6 year period. This is based on experience data. The costs of stand-by and materials are uncertain.
