The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (1). Requirements connected to the tenderer's economic/financial capacity.: Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, it can be documented by presenting a declaration from a financial institution about surety.
