The aim of this procurement is to see to the need for service and maintenance of lift and lifting devices at municipal buildings in Ålesund municipality.
A framework agreement will be signed with a tenderer who shall carry out all planned service assignments and maintenance. The assignments shall be carried out at the locations stated in the overview attached in the price form and in accordance with the requirements described in the requirement specification.
The Contracting Authority is free to hold a competition in the market outside of this contract for new establishments, replacements and major maintenance/repairs of lifts and lifting devices. Major maintenance/repairs means that the estimated cost of the assignment exceeds NOK 100,000 per lift/lifting device.
Tenderers will always be asked to submit a tender in such cases.
