Justification for cancellation THE CONTEST FOR CONSULTANT ADVISORY SERVICES - LEGAL SERVICES IS CANCELLED. 1. ANNOUNCED CONTEST Den Norske Opera og Ballett v/ avdeling for Digitalisering og Innkjøp (hereafter 'DNO&B') announced on 01.02.2023 the procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy within the procurement area, including within IT procurements, technical upgrades, and various other service procurements and goods. The procurement was announced as an open tender contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-1 (1) with the tender deadline 27.02.2023. 2. JUSTIFICATION FOR THE CANCELLATION DNO&B has been made aware of several errors in the tender documentation, which in total oblige DNO&B to cancel the contest. The errors are connected to both conditions in the qualification requirements and some of the sub-criteria for the award criterium 'competence', which can in turn influence participation in the contest. These errors cannot be legally corrected. 3. NEW CONTEST A new contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy within the procurement area will be announced shortly with an equivalent scope and purpose. The new contest will also be held in the Mercell tender management tool. We encourage all interested tenderers that would like to submit a tender in this contest to submit a tender in the new contest. 4.
