The procurement concerns procurement of patients' transport services who, for health reasons, cannot use public scheduled transport to and from treatment, as well as patients' transport on stretches where public scheduled transport is inaccessible.

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for transport of 3 day cars with fixed drivers. Option for an additional day car on identical terms. Minimum one car must have 4WD

The contract applies to patient transport in Trondheim Municipality. However, municipal -crossing, county-crossing and region-crossing transports must be expected.

Option for an additional 1 day car. Option for extending the contract for up to 8 months.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company, one-person company, or a company that is being founded (SUS).

Certificate from the register of business enterprises or the unit register.

Company that is being founded: Foundation document.

The foundation document must include a separate regulation and provision that the company is bound by and obliged to maintain the validity of tenders submitted in a contest in accordance with the rules on public procurements. In addition, an account formulated in accordance with the rules in the Companies Act § 2-6 on the separate regulation, and the auditor's confirmation of the account, are to be submitted together with the foundation document.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

The contracting authority will evaluate the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:

For businesses subject to the accounting obligation with financial activity: Approved annual accounts with notes for the last two years, as well as the board of directors' report and any auditor's report. If the annual accounts for the last fiscal year have not been formally approved, the provisional annual accounts must be presented. Any recent information that documents or can affect the company's economic standing must also be attached.

Non-accountable companies, SUS, and companies without economic activity: A budget must be attached for the assignment, and an account that substantiates sufficient economic and financial standing to carry out the assignment.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including, for example, a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
