Vågå municipality shall rebuild wingS and B at Vågåheimen for new use. The A wing shall be 6 sheltered accommodations and the B wing is planned to be converted to a day activity centre. Vågå municipality is carrying out this construction stage as a partnering competition. This project is construction stage 3 in the project. Construction phases 1 and 2 will be completed before construction phase 3 is initiated. The project will be divided up into a collaboration part where the project is completed and with a target price, an implementation part where tenderers in the collaboration part can be offered to carry out the project, and a final trial operation phase. Detailed specifications have been prepared as a starting point for the interaction phase part 1, see annex 1.1. Drawings have also been prepared that will be used further in the engineering design work, see annex 1.3. The drawings are approved by the Housing Bank as a basis for applying for a contract, it is therefore important that no changes are made that are contrary to this application. Renovation of wing C as construction stage 4 and renovation of wing D and G are also being carried out as construction stage 5 as options. Renovation of wing C is the most comprehensive, with the first floor containing offices being reconstructed and renovated, in addition the supporting system between the first and first floor shall be strengthened. Construction phase 4 will include all disciplines and it is to be seen as a total renovation where the extent and systems shall be clarified in phase 1 of the interaction contract. Based on what is stated in phase 1, it will be decided whether construction stage 4 will be ordered for execution as a part of this contract. Any execution will take place in 2025 after construction phase 3 has been completed. Construction phase 5 involves a rough pull of renovating surfaces and improving the technical installations on the two newest wings D and G at Vågåheimen. This is the last construction stage in the project and will be carried out in 2026. Any ordering phase 1 and phase 2 in this construction stage will depend on the finances of the project.
